  For a big chain chemist, it's a good store. It's clean and well laid out, with quite a big range. The staff are effective. You don't get the same personalised touch you get from smaller family owned pharmacies, but we all expect that from a big chain, if you want a cheaper product you've got to have a sacrifice somewhere in the purchase chain. The discount tags that are everywhere are a little over whelming, appears that everything is always on "sale".

  Toowoomba shop.Very disappointing. Asked for assistance from the older shop assistant that looks after the vitamin section. She seemed a bit peeved when I asked for assistance to locate particular products and said this is the isle where all the vitamins are and you'll just have to look around here. When I said can u help she begrudgingly said that she would have to look. In the end she didn't help and made me fee bad for asking. Very poor customer service. Sorry for taking u away from ur chat with the other staff member.
